While the can be hard to find, they are accepting of Alliance travelers. While there are those that do live in the Enclave in Stormwind, most Night Elves are travelers of the wilds or live in small camps or towns in those wild places.
In his grief, Malfurion has returned to the Dream. Night Elves: After losing their home to Sylvannas, their immortality to corruption, and their Priestess to her rage, the Night Elven people became fractured.
There are whispers in the highest places that if a king can be replaced once, perhaps it can happen again. While all seems well on the surface, all is not always as it seems. The new king ruled justly until his death when his son became the new king. He appointed a new king to rule and abdicated. His place was at the helm of the Army of the Light, fighting what others could not. Knowing the power of the Aspects of creation made Alliance politics seem small in the grand scheme. Humans: King Anduin Wrynn came home from the Shadowlands a changed man. The Exodar has been fixed! The Exodar has finally been fixed and a city has grown around it. Gnomeregan has been cleansed! With the might of their machines (and a little help from their allies) the Gnomes are once again the masters of their home city. Gilneas has been reclaimed! The Gilnean people have reclaimed their home city and some of the surrounding area. Other races architecture and lifestyles will be more prominent and their people will be seen more often outside of "their" areas. The Dwarven District is joined by the Night Elven Enclave and the Pandarian Embassy. Stormwind has grown! There are new areas to explore and new factions to help or hinder as they work towards their own political ends. New towns, camps, and quest hubs throughout the Eastern Kingdoms zones! The Alliance has solidified its hold on many areas that were Neutral and gained a foothold in several that were Hostile. Zone Ownership has changed for many zones in the Eastern Kingdoms! With the return of legendary figures that time has passed by, how will those that moved on react? What new adventures await the Heroes of Azeroth?
53 years have passed since the leaders that were taken by Sylvannas and the Jailor came home without the Maw Walker. Time passes strangely in the Shadowlands.

It is nominally formatted as a patch note post. I also included a small PvP change that I thought would be fun if it was something that could be implemented. I only play Alliance and so this is a breakdown of what I think would be neat for Alliance races and their Nations/Peoples to have. It made me think about the stories that could be told in those places and the changes to factions and races that could be done. I saw a post earlier today that asked about interesting places to go if Blizz decided to do a time skip.
